This cookbook is for those who want to have a healthier lifestyle and choose to eat ingredients from Mother Nature’s Garden. For the most part, the recipes are truly compiled from whole food ingredients.
The cookbook exists as part of my healing process. I firmly believe that our health is a product of what we eat, genetics, how we exercise, how we enjoy life and the environment that surrounds us.
This book is more than just recipes = It will show you how II changed my lifestyle to help me with weight-loss, strengthen my immune system, become healthier and above all, to find myself. It is my intention that something in this cookbook will help you to make a small change on your way becoming healthier too!

About the Author
Trina Render is a graduate from the University of Guelph. She specialized in Animal Nutrition. However, she also took a few human nutrition courses while attending the University of Guelph. She is also a graduate from the British Institute of Homeopathy. Her family is well versed in all aspects of holistic care – mind, body and soul. They are experienced and educated in herbology, supplements, nutrition, homeopathics, aromatherapy, flower essences and energy healing. Some of her knowledge is derived from her family. Over the past 12 years, she has educated herself about herbs, homeopathics, aromatherapy, flower essences and energy healing. She is an entrepreneur at heart. She started her own food manufacturing company from scratch and watched it grow across Canada and into the US. At the same time, she helped her husband grow his business into the success it is today. However, while she was busy putting businesses together she lost who she was and her health started to deteriorate. Since selling her business in 2007, she has focused on healing her life. As part of the healing, she has put a cookbook together. The cookbook illustrates her favourite recipes that have helped her heal. She hopes the recipes and information will help you and your family become well. It is her intention to release a book about her journey to wellness. Please look for its release.
