Product will be shipped once payment is paid in full – VISA or Mastercard – CANADIAN DOLLARS

In the event that a credit card provided by the customer for payment is declined, then a $25 administrative fee will automatically apply.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or Product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

While we strive to provide the correct application of federal and provincial taxes to the various products we sell, the ultimate responsibility of what product gets what tax is borne by the us the retailer.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We only sell in Canada. All prices in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us (Your Natural Choice). We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Your Natural Choice’s website does not provide diagnosis, treatment and other content provided on our web site, including information that may be provided on the website directly or by linking to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only. Please consult with a physician or other healthcare professional regarding any medical diagnosis or treatment options.

While we retain the right to correct any errors in our catalogues or price lists at the time you place an order every effort has been made to ensure our online shopping cart and tax codes are complete and accurate errors may occur.

Freight Policy:

Any orders placed in Owen Sound will be delivered by ASAP courier service to your home. All orders placed outside of Owen Sound will be shipped via Flagship.

If you are purchasing raw pet food or any frozen pet food, you will need to make arrangements to pick up at Your Natural Choice.

All orders over $70 before HST  have free shipping.

Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All damage claims must be made to the cartage company; no credit can be given unless this procedure is followed.

A fuel surcharge may be added to your invoice depending on the fuel surcharge charged by the couriers. No written notice will be given to current customers if a fuel surcharge is to be applied.

Product Dating:

We work with all of our manufacturers to have the best possible dating.

Return Policy:

We will do our best to accept returns based on manufacturer’s protocols. However, we cannot accept returned open food items or accept returned perishable items. We can not accept opened or used product unless specified by the manufacturer. Please see individual warranties for guarantees and claims.

A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges. No exchanges or refunds will be honored after 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds on products are very difficult – you will need to pay shipping and restocking charges for returns. No refunds on services provided.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. All products returned must be in resaleable condition: that is no damage, no price stickers, no glue residue, no stamps nor in any way defaced.

All returns should be returned by your expense. Under no condition should the item be returned freight collect.

All items should be securely boxed and packaged in a manner suitable to  the method of return. A paper should be enclosed showing your invoice and list of contents.

All returns must be addressed to address given via correspondence once return is approved.

Refunds will need to be approved by written notice and agreement.

Order Policy:

Outstanding orders not in good credit standing will be deleted in 7 days.

There will be no BACK ORDERS.

Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Personal Check Policy: We do not accept personal checks.

Gift Certificates are available via: Your Natural Choice.  You choose amount.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Everyone is aware of the value of time. As my time is valuable as well as yours, please abide by the following policy.

Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointments to avoid late fees. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur a flat rate as follows –

First missed or late re-scheduling of appointment warning

Second missed or late re-scheduling of appointment ½ $ value

Third missed or late re-scheduling appointment full $ value of appointment
