Return Policy:

We will do our best to accept returns based on manufacturer’s protocols. However, we cannot accept returned open food items or accept returned perishable items. Once they have been opened or used unless specified by the manufacturer. Please see individual warranties for guarantees and claims.

A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges. No exchanges or refunds will be honored after 30 days from the purchase date. No refunds on services provided.

Store Credits will be issued for the agreed upon refund. It can be used towards any Your Natural Choice merchandise. Please keep your receipts for the store credit for record purposes.

If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Special Orders: We encourage you to let us special order products for you. This helps us learn what our customers want us to carry. With items that we do not carry we may request a deposit.

Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Debit cards are also accepted.

Personal Check Policy: We do not accept personal checks.

Gift Certificates are available via: Your Natural Choice.  You choose amount.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Everyone is aware of the value of time. As my time is valuable as well as yours, please abide by the following policy.

Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointments to avoid late fees. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur a flat rate as follows –

First missed or late re-scheduling of appointment warning

Second missed or late re-scheduling of appointment ½ $ value

Third missed or late re-scheduling appointment full $ value of appointment
